Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with electrical components and systems.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Self-motivated, team player with adaptability to a dynamic environment and the ability to complete all assignments as required.
• Ability to operate in a laboratory environment and perform necessary troubleshooting tasks.
• Ability to prepare written documents and to verbally present at various meetings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and test support for Johnson Space Center projects.
• Develop test procedures and verification/validation processes.
• Test and verify flight hardware.
• Maintain baseline test configurations and document changes.
• Prepare paperwork such as TPS, DR, and DTP as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams and report to managers for technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware to resolve failures.
• Work with technicians to build and test systems.
• Perform other duties as required.
