Job summary

Impulse Space in Redondo Beach, CA offers a Development Test Engineering Internship (12 weeks; May/June through August/September 2027). You will design and build fluid, mechanical, and electrical test systems to support propulsion, mechanisms, structures, environmental, and spacecraft testing.

Collaborate with propulsion, vehicle, avionics, integration, and manufacturing teams; perform test setup, hardware inspections, checkouts, and troubleshooting; conduct test operations to rapidly develop

Qualifications

Recent completion or current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or related field.
Hands-on experience with fluid, mechanical, or electrical test systems.
Ability to work on-site in Redondo Beach, CA or Mojave, CA for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities
