You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with customers and management, and drive execution to meet the work statement.

The role requires 5+ years in project or systems engineering, strong troubleshooting for ground support equipment and flight hardware, and a Bachelor's degree. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project or systems engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for non-conformances on ground support equipment and flight hardware.
• Experience reviewing test plans and reports.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to a team with multiple skill areas and resources.
• Work with customers and management to obtain approval.
• Lead project execution to complete the work statement.
• Identify performance metrics and plan resources for the project lifecycle.
• Define risk mitigation plans and opportunities.
• Compare actual results to the baseline plan and capture lessons learned.
• Provide technical and integration leadership for project execution.
• Support spacecraft test engineering, troubleshooting, and optimize system performance.
