Job summary

EVONA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for Space Systems to lead spacecraft programs from development through integration, test, launch and operational readiness. The role demands strong technical depth and a background in Systems Engineering, combined with proven programme leadership.

You will coordinate engineering, suppliers and stakeholders, own schedules and risks, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across the full lifecycle, including environment testing and launch

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within space, aerospace or complex high-reliability systems.
• Experience managing spacecraft or complex space programmes.
• Strong Systems Engineering foundation.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary engineering organisations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Willingness to work on-site Westminster, Colorado with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programme execution across the spacecraft development lifecycle.
• Coordinate Systems Engineering, hardware, software, manufacturing, integration & test and mission operations teams.
• Own programme schedules, dependencies, critical paths and key milestones.
• Identify technical and programme risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners, ensuring delivery against programme requirements.
• Support spacecraft integration, environmental testing, launch preparation and operational readiness.
• Drive alignment between engineering teams, programme leadership and external stakeholders.
