Quantum Space in Rockville, MD is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the build, integration, and delivery of the Ranger spacecraft platform. You will coordinate parts, materials, and documentation across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and engineering to keep mission-critical programs moving forward.

You will monitor production flow, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate data in MRP/ERP systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in production support, manufacturing coordination, logistics, inventory management, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate materials, documentation, and production activities across multiple departments and work centers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and tracking operational activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with production personnel, engineers, procurement teams, and management.

• Identify bottlenecks and improve process consistency to reduce lead times.
• Coordinate external processing and outside services to ensure on-schedule material returns.
• Assist with action item tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• Organize and maintain production tooling, records, and calibration databases.
• Support work order creation, tracking, updates, and closure in production cells.
• Contribute to production process improvements and productivity initiatives.
