Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator to support Starlink production teams in moving parts through the production flow, coordinating with receiving, stock rooms, and work centers. The role emphasizes data accuracy in MRP/ERP, reporting, and collaboration with planning, engineering, and production staff.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in manufacturing/administrative roles, familiarity with MS Office, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment.
3+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with MS Office products.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
SQL and Tableau experience.
APICS certification.

Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or any applicable work center within SpaceX.
Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within SpaceX specifications.
Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints as required for internal and customer use.
