Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink division in Redmond, WA is seeking a Production Coordinator to support production leadership and ensure on-time delivery of components.

You will monitor parts flow, coordinate movement through receiving, stock rooms, and production work centers, maintain data accuracy in MRP/ERP, and develop reports to highlight needs and constraints for internal and customer use. Must be able to stand, lift 25 lbs, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing or administrative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience handling parts in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and production centers.
• Ensure parts are handled and protected per specifications.
• Develop and maintain reports highlighting needs, deliverables, and constraints.
• Communicate part status and completion dates to leadership weekly.
