The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering and 2–5 years of experience, with proficiency in CAD tools and electrical simulation.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of industry experience in electrical design.
• Experience with harness design, cable routing, EMI/EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and support integration of electrical harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems.
• Create detailed schematics and select wiring, connectors, and harness components.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify harness functionality and reliability.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design meets requirements.
• Prepare documentation including interface control documents and harness drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
