Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of industry experience or recent graduate with hands-on project experience.
• Interest in aerospace engineering and space environment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, test, and support the integration of electrical harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems.
• Create electrical schematics, select wiring, connectors, back shells, and harness components per standards.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify functionality, reliability, and performance of electrical harness systems.
• Prepare technical documentation including interface control documents, system schematics, harness drawings, and installation procedures.
