Qualifications

• Practical experience designing mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Experience with closed-form or finite element analysis of mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop spacecraft avionics assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Produce detailed design reviews and analysis reports.
• Develop detailed test plans for hardware per customer requirements.

Skills

3D CAD design software proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)

Mechanical design experience

Ability to communicate ideas verbally and in writing
