Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with rocket test operations, including on-console engineering support.
• 2+ years experience as a team lead or people manager.
• Experience with high pressure or hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing design and build of fluid, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Creating sustainable engineering processes.
• Performing people management responsibilities such as mentorship and coaching.

Skills

Exceptional command of fundamentals

Experience designing fluid systems

Hands-on experience building mechanical and electronic systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
