Qualifications
5+ years experience with rocket test operations, including on-console engineering support.
2+ years experience as a team lead or people manager.
Hands‑on experience building and integrating mechanical and electronic systems.
Responsibilities
Managing and executing design and build of fluid, mechanical, instrumentation systems for tests.
Ensuring high uptime and reliability of test stands.
Performing people management responsibilities such as mentorship and coaching.
Skills
Exceptional command of fundamentals

Writing and operating test procedures
Real-time data analysis
Troubleshooting mechanical fluid components

Education
