Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter for Space Vehicles to deliver talent across engineering and technical roles. This fixed-term position supports the Talent Acquisition team and requires highly specialized sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building with hiring managers and leaders in a fast-paced space environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions.
• Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
• Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting.
