Intuitive Machines is seeking a Marketing & Communications Operations Specialist in Houston, TX. This role drives the operational execution of marketing programs, customer engagements, events, and internal communications, reporting to the Senior Director, Office of the CEO.

The ideal candidate will manage planning, coordination, and execution of high-visibility initiatives, collaborating with multiple functions to ensure brand-aligned, efficient delivery in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, communications, events or project coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting Marketing & Communications.
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, project trackers and timelines.
• Coordinate development and production workflow for collateral and digital assets.
• Support events, executive briefings, and industry engagements from planning to execution.
• Track budgets, vendor invoices, and logistics for campaigns and events.
