• Lead reviews, audits, and trade studies for complex changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead small cross-functional teams and projects balancing technical, cost and schedule.
• Develop Basis of Estimates; provide technical estimation support.
• Manage Statements of Work and coordinate with contracts and quality teams.
• Support Risk and Opportunity management on the project.
• Communicate project status clearly to technical and program audiences.
