Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) Space Systems Group in El Segundo seeks a Product Support Manager - Junior/Journeyman to drive predictive maintenance, reliability analyses, and lifecycle sustainment across programs for national security customers.

The role requires collaboration across engineering, logistics, and operations, delivering actionable recommendations, dashboards, and reports to leadership while maintaining data integrity and compliance with sustainment standards.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to maintain TS/SCI and SAP clearance at time of application
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data sets or performance metrics
• Strong analytic, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities
• Competency in preparing formal reports, presentations, or documentation
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and analytic platforms
• Ability to report to designated work location in El Segundo, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring of system performance, sensor data, high-volume logs, and maintenance records.
• Support development, refinement, and testing of predictive maintenance models.
• Lead trend analysis, detailed root cause analysis, and failure mode assessments.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for program leadership.
• Perform RM&S assessments and recommend improvements to sustainment and supportability processes.
• Draft and maintain product support documentation, lifecycle sustainment artifacts, and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, logistics, field service, and program teams.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sustainment standards.
