Job summary

Katalyst Space Technologies is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of technically advanced space-related products. You will own roadmaps, manage the backlog, and translate customer needs into executable requirements for engineering teams.

You will present product progress to executives, coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and programs, and drive bidirectional communication with customers and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding technical products and how to translate them for diverse audiences.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to learn complex domains and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize features for engineering teams.
• Provide executives with visibility into progress, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Translate customer feedback and business opportunities into clear requirements and user stories.
• Lead biweekly product reviews and coordinate with engineering, BD, and programs teams.
• Travel ~25% to maintain stakeholder relationships and demonstrations.
