Katalyst Space in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own the HW/SW product strategy, connecting software, hardware, and defense priorities to customer needs and company goals. You will translate complex space systems into clear product requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and leadership.

This role demands technical fluency, execution leadership, and the ability to operate in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning hardware-enabled products.
• Demonstrated hardware product expertise, including definition and lifecycle decisions.
• Experience with space, robotics, or deep-tech industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain a unified HW/SW product strategy connecting software and hardware to priorities and defense requirements.
• Publish and refine an integrated roadmap aligning software, hardware, and defense initiatives with milestones.
• Transform loosely defined capabilities into clearly positioned products with defined requirements and timelines.
• Create and own market requirements for each product in the HW/SW portfolio.
• Build feature-level business cases tied to customer value and company priorities.
• Partner with engineering to assess architecture and feasibility.
• Implement a stage-gate process ensuring sales and BD opportunities align with maturity.
• Ensure sales and BD have accurate product materials for customer engagement.
• Manage and mentor product managers aligned to individual products.
