Job summary

CACI seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead day-to-day product direction on a high-performing team within our Space Line of Business in Sterling, VA. You will connect mission needs, user feedback, customer priorities, and engineering execution to deliver operationally relevant capabilities through Agile development.

As the product leader, you will own the product roadmap and backlog, work closely with the Government Product Owner and mission users, and coordinate with technical and systems

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in product management or mission software delivery with Agile leadership.
• Experience translating mission/user needs into roadmaps and executable software requirements.
• Experience delivering mission-critical software for DoD/IC/space environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methods, backlog management, release planning, and user feedback loops.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data/analytics, systems integration, and mission ops.
• Strong verbal/written communication to brief stakeholders and leadership.
• Desirable certification such as CSPO or Product Owner/PM.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain product vision, roadmap, release priorities, and success metrics aligned with customer mission needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items; prioritize with the Government Product Owner.
• Lead product activities across Agile development teams: backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and feedback cycles.
• Engage mission users and SMEs to discover needs, validate workflows, and refine UI/UX concepts for operational usefulness.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead, Systems Eng./Integration Lead, and engineering to manage interfaces and dependencies.
• Guide delivery and integration of spacecraft orchestration apps, enterprise systems, mission workflows, analytics, or AI/ML as applicable.
• Track outcomes, feedback, risks, decisions, and dependencies; brief government partners and leadership on status and priorities.
• Support verification, validation, release readiness, and transition to operations.
