Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to contribute to the development and testing of spacecraft hardware. You will work closely with a mentor and the team to apply engineering knowledge, support design to build robust hardware, and help ensure hardware withstands extreme space environments.

You’ll participate in fast-paced projects, attend regular progress reviews, and join technical talks and intern events to grow professionally while contributing to tangible

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree program in an Aerospace, Aeronautical, Astronautical, or Mechanical engineering discipline and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience

• Join a fast-paced team to apply engineering concepts to real challenges.
