Job summary

K2 Space is seeking a materials and supply chain professional to own end-to-end material availability for production. You will manage MRP, monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers and production to maintain optimal stock while avoiding shortages, and lead efforts to improve material flow and lead times.

You will analyze forecasts, adjust material plans with changing schedules and disruptions, and partner across departments to ensure timely manufacturing and reliable supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of material planning or supply chain management experience in aerospace
• Experience working with MRP in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply allocation, and master data management
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment with engineering, production, and finance
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand plans fed by Bills of Materials
• Own Clear to Build reporting and meetings for visibility
• Generate and provide forecasts to Supply Chain team
• Manage allocation of material in the MRP system
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Finance to improve processes
