Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Instrument/Electrical Technician II to join the JETSII contract supporting NASA programs. This CBA union position requires following electrical and instrumentation work orders, schematics, and NEC/NASA guidelines to install and troubleshoot facility systems.

You will work on power distribution, data/control panels, cable assemblies, and support test stands, with duties that include climbing, confined spaces, and working at elevated locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years in electrical or instrumentation field.
• Ability to read and follow schematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, layout, and install electrical and instrumentation wires to facility equipment.
• Install cable trays or conduits per orders and schematics.
• Build up power distribution and data/control panels per orders.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics and documentation.
