Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to support the integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads and spacecraft, with a hands-on role based in Palm Bay, Florida.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, developing EGSE, and delivering test documentation across the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience or 8+ years for equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of System Integration and Test (SI&T) experience.
• 2+ years of experience with NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test engineering during verification activities.
• Support integration and test for spacecraft buses, payloads, and full space vehicles.
• Develop and deploy EGSE to enable test automation and execution.
• Create and maintain Test Requirements, Test Design, and Test Procedures documents.
• Lead issue resolution and data analysis across cross-functional teams.
