Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, Florida seeks a Senior Associate in System Integration and Test Engineering to help verify ground and spacecraft subsystems through end-to-end testing at the Space Segment. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop test plans and workflows.

This role supports test activities across the product life cycle, from requirements analysis to delivery, and requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of SI&T experience or 6+ years without a degree.
• Experience with SI&T ground communications.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support development/execution of ground verification plans and test procedures.
• Document test results and ensure requirements met.
• Assist SI&T lead during ground hardware/software integration and verification activities.
• Analyze test results and track root causes with the development team.
• Develop/update RVTM with cross-functional teams for completeness.
• Support all phases of the product life cycle.
