Bastion Technologies, Inc. supports the space program at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

The FMEA/FMECA Reliability Engineer will help prepare and evaluate reliability assessments, develop ground rules, and ensure compliance with program standards across MSFC projects. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, risk-informed decisions, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet reliability and maintainability requirements for flight hardware and ground

Qualifications

US Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer information.
Bachelor's degree in STEM (e.g., physics, engineering, math).
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
In lieu of degree: 9 years of related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Prepare, evaluate, and ensure reliability assessments for MSFC programs and projects.
Support development of FMEA/FMECA/CIL products and ground rules for HLS program.
Review project documentation for consistency, completeness, and compliance with reliability requirements.
Develop analytical tools to meet reliability and maintainability requirements.
Assess in-house and supplier quality documentation and procedures.
