Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept development to deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee integration of system components and conduct verification/validation to meet performance and reliability standards.
• Identify potential risks across the system lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and incorporate requirements into design.
• Lead efforts to innovate and improve existing system designs; resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform performance analysis and modeling to predict system behavior under various conditions.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
