Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field with 6+ years experience; 8+ years if no degree.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; extensive background investigation required.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI DoD clearance preferred.
• RF and communications system design experience.
• Experience with SDR design and development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Oversee the integration of system components and conduct verification and validation activities.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate status.
• Lead efforts to innovate and improve system designs and solve complex issues.
• Perform performance analysis and modeling of system behavior under varying conditions.
• Coordinate with hardware, software and mechanical engineers for integrated solutions.
