Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Systems Engineer Level 3/4 to lead end-to-end space-vehicle integration with launch providers. You will coordinate launch campaigns, manage site operations, and develop interface documents for IRD/ICD requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years experience OR Master’s with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
Experience in space systems, launch vehicles, payloads, or ground systems.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearance.
Experience leading technical efforts or integration activities.
Familiarity with launch or range operations and DOORS.

Responsibilities

Lead space vehicle integration with Launch Service providers.
Plan and execute all aspects of the launch lifecycle from integration through day-of-launch.
Plan and manage launch site operations and logistics.
Prepare, review, and secure launch range safety documentation.
Coordinate range operations and interface with stakeholders.
Support mission reviews, schedule development and daily status reporting.
