Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Launch Systems Integration Systems Engineer – Level 3 to join our Space Systems team. This full-time role supports complex launch programs and requires active clearance.

You will lead integrated analyses, coordinate with service providers, and develop interface control documents while ensuring requirements traceability and readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Master's degree in STEM with 3+ years of engineering experience.
• PhD in STEM with 1+ year of engineering experience.
• Active SCI access at time of application or ability to obtain.
• Active Top Secret clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating integrated analysis plans such as coupled load cycles and thermal analyses.
• Performing integrated analyses with the launch services provider(s).
• Developing mission interface control documents with providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Developing and managing interface requirements and traceability matrices.
• Supporting verification of mission interface control documents with providers.
• Developing metrics and preparing inputs for launch readiness reviews.
