Delta Solutions & Strategies in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Journeyman Electrical Engineer to support Space Systems Command Space Sensing activities at Los Angeles AFB. You will perform electrical, space and ground hardware, and communications infrastructure tasks, integrating systems and supporting readiness and sustainment.

The role requires journeyman-level experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced DoD environment; travel and security

Qualifications

• Professional experience commensurate with a Journeyman-level role in the functional area.
• Experience reviewing electrical/hardware requirements, drawings, and test documentation.
• Ability to identify technical discrepancies and develop clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute assigned technical tasks under general direction.
• Assess electrical, communications, and related hardware designs for compliance.
• Support spacecraft, payload, ground hardware, and interface integration activities.
• Review drawings, specs, test plans, and change proposals.
• Monitor integration and test activities for discrepancies.
• Develop technical recommendations to resolve issues.
• Support technical reviews, readiness events, and meetings.
• Prepare assessments, reports, briefings for Government review.
