Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle budget operations: formulation, execution, and closeout.
• Use financial systems (CCaRS, DEAMS, FM Suites) to analyze funding data.
• Prepare detailed future-year budget estimates for briefing senior leaders.
• Conduct independent financial policy research to streamline procedures.
• Mentor analysts, manage workflow, and improve team productivity.
