Job summary

Amentum Space Exploration Division seeks a Software Test Analyst to validate software for MSFC Space Systems. You will perform unit and integration testing, develop test documentation, and support readiness reviews in an agile environment.

Ideal candidates have deep experience with C/C++, Python, MBSE, UML, and test automation tools, plus familiarity with DOORS/JIRA/Confluence. US citizenship required and ABET-aligned software education preferred.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with extensive software testing experience.
• ABET-accredited degree preferred or engineering field with software testing focus.
• Strong in C/C++, Python and software testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct white-box and black-box software testing per formal requirements.
• Prepare test docs, support test readiness and anomaly reviews.
• Engage with Software Readiness Boards to facilitate releases.
