Booz Allen is seeking a Scrum Master to coach a development team, focus on sprint goals, and apply scrum principles to ensure project progress. You will support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while contributing to space mission software development.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of software development experience, JIRA proficiency, and experience with client engagements. TS/SCI clearance is required, with a willingness to polygraph. HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience in a professional or academic setting
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
• Experience using JIRA
• Experience in client delivery engagements with senior-level client management
• Experience teaching basic Agile framework concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals and apply basic scrum concepts
• Support sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives using JIRA
• Contribute to space mission software and system development efforts
• Advance operational excellence and sustainable process improvements
