The role emphasizes agile coaching, requirements gathering, and client-facing collaboration, with a focus on continuous process improvements and delivering value to critical projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with software development in a professional or academic setting.
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
• Experience using JIRA
• Experience in client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
• Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure the project progresses.
• Apply basic scrum principles to resolve routine problems.
• Use JIRA to drive sustainable process improvements and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Directly impact Space missions by providing software and system development.
• Grow experience in scrum software development while contributing to various project solutions for Space missions.
