You will partner with engineers and production teams to translate rocket science into accessible content, manage real-time coverage, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with high-growth, high-engagement social channels and digital campaigns for a fast-moving brand.
• A sharp portfolio with direct proof of campaigns you built and executed.
• Experience in both organic and paid social campaigns and strategies.
• Flexibility to travel and support on-site activations, events, and dynamic launch schedules across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain, and execute an aggressive digital editorial calendar aligned with missions, milestones, and company goals.
• Lead day-to-day execution across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Bluesky, newsletters and emerging platforms.
• Tailor content to broad audiences including B2B/B2G, talent, investors, and fans.
• Capture, package, and publish live coverage for launches and major milestones.
• Turn complex technical achievements into sharp, accessible content with engineers and production teams.
• Monitor analytics, test new formats, and optimize for reach and engagement.
• Ensure every post matches Rocket Lab’s tone and quality standards.
• Push creative experiments and new distribution strategies to stay ahead in aerospace communications.
• Draft and publish posts daily, including real-time social updates from events and launches.
