The role emphasizes cost control, schedule risk assessment, and proactive mitigation actions. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with 5+ or 3+ years of experience, respectively, and mastery of MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management, finance, operations or accounting experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• No clearance required to start.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare program financial forecasting and reporting, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and LRSP.
• Monitor, forecast and manage program financing mechanisms such as Accounts Receivable, Advances and Accounts Payable.
• Support audits, reviews, fact-finding and development of program cost estimates, customer proposals and negotiations.
• Perform quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC), analyze Estimates to Complete (ETC), variances, MR and internal/external status reports.
• Develop funds run out (FRO) analyses to align funding with government availability.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical staff to address customer requests and briefs.
