Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst – Level 3 to perform analyses and deliver program financial reports. This onsite role focuses on cost incurrence, labor spending and adherence to government cost controls.

The candidate will identify risks and support mitigation, working within the Proliferated Systems unit. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a higher degree with fewer years, an active SCI clearance, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business management, finance, operations or accounting experience OR Master's with 3 years OR PhD.
• Active SCI clearance at time of application is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare program financial forecasting and reporting, including AOP and LRSP.
• Monitor, forecast and manage program financing mechanisms such as AR, Advanced Payments, and AP.
• Support audits, reviews, and development of cost estimates, proposals and negotiations.
• Perform quarterly EAC, analyze ETC, variances, MR and prepare status reports.
• Develop funds run out analyses to align funding with government availability.
• Collaborate with staff to address requests and brief forecasts to leadership.
