Job summary

K2 Space is building the largest and highest-power satellites to unlock performance across orbit. You will be responsible for RF test and measurement infrastructure, developing RF electronics and antennas for SDR systems used in satellite communications, and working with engineers from multiple disciplines to prototype and refine your designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2+ years of microwave/RF/antenna engineering experience.
• Experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer).
• Experience with anechoic chambers and antenna measurement assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and procurement of antenna measurement assets such as anechoic chambers and near field scanners
• Qualify radiofrequency and antenna hardware through environmental testing including vibration, shock, thermal, and TVAC testing
• Assist with design and validation testing for RF/microwave hardware across bands up to Ka 30 GHz
• Execute development and production tests to meet internal and external customer needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate designs into the spacecraft system
