Job summary

Space seeks a Jr. Project Manager to support Space Force Remote Sensing programs, managing multiple teams delivering OPIR data processing and real-time imaging infrastructure.

On-site in Boulder, CO, you will coordinate with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced defense environment. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Business or related field, 3+ years PM/finance experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires active Interim DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• BS or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in project engineering, program management, or finance roles; advanced degree adds 2 years experience.
• Experience managing software development programs in defense/aerospace, esp. as subcontractor.
• Strong understanding of full SDLC on government programs.
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing 10+ personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary customer contact and provide program leadership.
• Manage cost reporting, contract setups, funding runout tracking, EAC/VAC.
• Generate CDRLs and support status and customer meetings.
• Provide ROM and proposal support; manage dependencies and risks.
• Develop schedules and support program startups; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead SMX Space & Intelligence program teams.
