Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or a comparable administrative role.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Run interview scheduling and onsite logistics across our open roles, including multi-round and panel interviews.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep scheduling and onsite logistics running smoothly, clear roadblocks as they come up, and build the relationships that keep our process moving.
• Help document and maintain our coordination processes, and keep them current as we grow.
• Flag friction in how we coordinate and suggest improvements.
• Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the broader talent operations team.
