Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space RADAR Payload I&T Technical Advisor to lead and validate AI&T activities for ESA/Processor subsystems in a Linthicum, MD program. Qualifications

• Must have BS in STEM with 14 years experience, MS with 12 years, or PhD with 9 years.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware for radar systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AI&T issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Track progress and report test anomalies and resolutions to management.
• Train and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement.
