Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to support assembly, integration, and test (AI&T) of our production space RADAR payload program. You will serve as the primary technical advisor and interface between the Payload AI&T team and the Flight Software development and I&T teams.

You will monitor and troubleshoot issues during AI&T, providing timely resolutions, and mentor teammates to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 14 years relevant experience, 12 years with MS, or 9 with a PhD.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware to realize a space system's operational capabilities and command/control interfaces.
• No clearance required to start, but must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Primary technical advisor and interface between the Payload AI&T team and the Flight Software development and I&T teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during AI&T, providing timely resolutions to unforeseen challenges.
