Job summary

Agile Space Industries in Durango, CO is seeking a hands-on Logistics/Operations coordinator for propulsion testing operations. You will coordinate staffing, testing campaigns, and facility scheduling while managing purchasing, vendor relationships, and shipping/receiving for hypergolic rocket engine testing.

This role requires strong organization, communication, and adaptability in a high-cadence test environment, with on-site presence in Durango and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools, ERP/MRP systems, or other logistics software.
• Background in logistics, test operations, or manufacturing planning.
• Understanding staffing schedules and material lead times.
• Experience in vendor management and purchasing.
• Ability to work in a high-cadence test environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.
• Reliable on-site presence in Durango, CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules for test personnel.
• Coordinate test campaign planning and resource allocation.
• Assist facility scheduling to optimize throughput and minimize conflicts.
• Support purchasing and vendor management for timely materials.
• Assist with quoting and sourcing for transportation and purchases.
• Manage shipping and receiving of test hardware and propellants.
• Track consumables usage and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain the KanBan system on site.
• Assist with scheduling documentation and logistics records.
• Interface with Finance for long-term propellant forecasts.
• Provide feedback on vendor performance and process improvements.
• Participate in internal audits and safety compliance.
• Support test operations leadership and long-term planning.
