Agile Space Industries in Durango, CO, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to advance operational excellence across manufacturing, test, engineering, and business teams. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to reduce waste and improve quality while supporting Agile's growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or test operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess processes and identify improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels
• Leadership and project management skills to guide teams and manage multiple initiatives
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing projects effectively
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, process mapping, and data analysis
• Collaborate with employees at all levels, from production floor staff to senior management, to facilitate change
• Train and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained improvements
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and management
