Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or test operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess processes and identify improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Leadership and project management skills to guide teams and manage multiple initiatives.
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with employees at all levels, from production floor staff to senior management, to facilitate change.
• Train and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained improvements.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and management.
