Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Proven ability to apply engineering principles to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Collaborate with design engineering, operations, and quality to translate designs into manufacturable products.
• Conduct process capability analyses, root cause analyses, and risk evaluations for cost-saving improvements.
• Create and update manufacturing documentation (process instructions, SOPs, work instructions).
• Use statistical methods to monitor manufacturing performance and drive corrective actions.
• Lead automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
