Job summary

Trident Systems - SES division is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Engineering to lead the project engineering team on space electronics programs. You will own scope, WBS, IMS, and review cadence while directing cost and schedule performance within EVMS and agile contexts.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience delivering complex hardware/software from concept to delivery, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive accountability across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 12+ years in aerospace/defense
Experience with EVMS, cost accounts, and program control
Strong systems engineering, hardware/software integration, and Agile practices

Responsibilities

Lead the project engineering team across multiple programs.
Define system scope and WBS, and establish governance and technical reviews.
Ensure design reviews and customer reviews meet milestones.
Develop and coach engineers; conduct performance discussions and succession planning.
Oversee EVMS cost/schedule variance analysis and EAC/ETC reporting.
