Job summary

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking a Project Controller to join our Finance team in Europe. You will monitor and control financial performance across engineering and development projects, ensuring cost transparency and budget compliance.

You will provide insights, support planning and forecasting, and help drive informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Multinational team, focus on accurate reporting and cost allocation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
2+ years of experience in project controlling, financial controlling, or project finance, ideally in aerospace/space/engineering/manufacturing or related tech industries.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial analysis.
Experience with publicly funded projects and complex reporting is desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, structured and reliable working style.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with controlling tools.
Fluent English (written and spoken); German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance across multiple projects.
Prepare regular project cost reports and forecasts for project teams, management, and external funding bodies.
Support Engineering leads in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures through the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with contractual and funding requirements for publicly funded programs.
Analyze labor, material, procurement, and external service costs for accurate accounting and reporting.
