Sierra Space is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead a program with full cost, schedule, and technical authority. You will develop plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate across engineering, finance, and operations to ensure successful execution.

The role requires PMP certification or progress and training in EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS, with responsibility for external customer-facing communications and program outcomes. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related program management experience.
• PMP certification or in progress; familiarity with EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR and CAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program with cost, schedule, and technical performance authority.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and operations to drive program success.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders.
