Responsibilities

• Lead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams.
• Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear owners and dependencies.
• Drive schedule integrity by identifying risks and constraints across collaborators.
• Collaborate with Work Center Leaders, Engineering, and Program teams to balance baseline demand and emergent work.
• Establish and maintain mechanisms for tracking progress, risks, and performance.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership.
• Own communication rhythm with tier meetings and executive updates.
• Support CapEx planning and operational readiness tied to production scaling.
• Lead change management to integrate new processes and tools.
